CiberOps 2.0 is a Boost-child theme for cyberdefense training environments. It adds TLP classification banners, IOC/CVE/MITRE auto-formatting, an optional user watermark, a presenter (briefing) mode for course content, and a partner-logo footer strip — without overriding any of Moodle's core navigation templates.
